FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION ....

To us the garden is just another room of your home and we love creating a space that is as much a place to relax, enjoy and live as inside the house. With a combination of design, hard landscaping and considered planting we can create a perfect user friendly haven to enjoy, tailoring the level of maintenance and care required to upkeep your new scheme to you, so you can get the enjoyment you want out of it.

STAGE 1 : INITIAL CONSULTATION

At our first meeting we like to understand how the space works for you. We want to know what you like about it and need from it, along with what doesn't work at the moment and your concerns. We will discuss your goals and budget along with what inspires you. We take measurements, photos and this detailed information away with us to work with.

STAGE 2 : PRELIMINARY DESIGNS & COSTINGS

We will then begin to work on you project using all the information gathered. researching and sourcing landscaping products, furniture and plants, . We curate and prepare a presentation to visualise our concept to you and provide initial planting suggestions and costings to discuss.

STAGE 3: PRESENTATION & BUDGETS

At our second meeting we propose our creative ideas and solutions for your garden in the form of 3D spacial plans we have created along with mood boards, colour palettes, sketches, planting schemes and preliminary costings. Once we have agreed the style and look, we then confirm your budget .

STAGE 4 : CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

Now the plan is confirmed we start to coordinate the work to be done, source and complete the order list for everything that is needed and create a schedule of work, agreeing times with any contractors and suppliers.

STAGE 5 : MANAGEMENT, STYLING AND SNAGGING

Once work commences we implement and manage all work needed, ordering all that is required and liase with contractors. We have a team of trusted tradesman that we often work with but we can also work with your own recommendations. We oversee and manage the transformation and once this is achieved we are there to the very end to implement snagging and then dress and style the finished space to its completion.

You are now free to sit back and enjoy your new garden layout for years to come.

With this service fees are calculated on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the job and your needs. But in most cases it would include a one off design fee for research and design & space planning up to and including Stage 3 and then the remainder of the project would be on a time based cost structure.
